Policy for returning the product

According the company policy Customers/distributors can return/exchange the product in the case of any manufacturing, packaging defect or dissatisfaction.This is necessary to contact the company or distributors within 30days from the date of purchase, with whom they purchased the product.

Also they must give a reason and send back (return) the said products along with copy of original customer order invoice/receipt. It is the distributor's obligation to satisfy the customer's need for refund of money or products replacement,in such cases.

By giving original invoice to the company with products, the distributor can then return these products.These products will replace free of cost by the company or if the distributor don't want the same products.The company will help in this case by giving a zero PV cash voucher of the same amount.The distributor can use it for purchasing products of their choice within 30days.

Company's POliCY -- Buy back--

In this policy company provides a facility to the distributors who want to resign from his/her distributorship and want to return any HELI products thatdissatisfaction.This are must have a shelf life of atleast four months also are in good condition, unaltered,restock-able,useable, unopened and resaleable.

Actually, the buy back policy -is to impose upon the company and the sponsor . The obligation is for ensuring that the product are buying wisely by the distributor.

In case of resignation of distributorship by the distributor within 30 days from the purchase of the product, HELI will provide a full refund to the distributor for the products after deducting bonus paid (if/any) and reversing the PV on the products (if/any) as the policy of the HELI.

In the same way if the distributor resigns his /her distributorship from the company after the expiry date which is 30 days from the date of purchase of products from HELI the amount refunded against the products being returned will be equal to distributor coste of the products being returned and less total bonus paid out by the company on the original purchase, less 10% service charge, less GST charge.
